Illegal Alien IRS Loophole

A two-part News 13 WTHR Indianapolis report uncovered a tax loophole involving undocumented workers that costs taxpayers over $4.2 billion a year. What’s worse is that the IRS has known about the problem for years.

Russell George, the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Inspector General for Tax Administration said that the IRS has known about the problem for years and that “the magnitude of the problem has grown exponentially.”

Undocumented workers have been taking advantage of a loophole called the Additional Child Tax Credit, a fully-refundable credit of up to $1,000 per child that was intended to help working families with children living at home. Not only are they claiming children within the U.S., they are also claiming children in Mexico.

How does this happen? All Americans, whether legal or illegal, who earn income are required by law to file taxes, but doing so requires having a social security number which illegal immigrants aren’t supposed to have. The IRS remedied this by created the individual taxpayer identification number. This well-intentioned remedy has backfired, however, and is costing taxpayers billions of dollars a year.

We are sick and tired of the issues here that are not being addressed and taken care of, oh yea the Government has no problem what so ever helping other countries but they turn their back on us !

ACLU Lawsuit Halts NJ Tru-Id Driver’s License

The group filed a lawsuit against the state Motor Vehicle Commission, alleging the Tru-ID was being implemented without public notice.

ACLU officials, joined by advocates for homeless, immigration and women’s groups, said at a news conference Monday that the injunction was sought mainly on claims that the state imposed the system, known as TRU-ID, without publishing details or soliciting public comment as required under state law.

“This lawsuit was about process,” ACLU New Jersey legal director Ed Barocas said. “It was filed because the state and MVC tried to implement TRU-ID unlawfully, by going around the constitutional mandate.”

Previously, people could simply state their Social Security numbers to get a license. Under the new standards, they would have to show the card itself or a pay stub or tax documents. They also would have to show two proofs of residence, rather than the one that’s required now. And if a passport is used, it would have to be current and not recently expired.

I’m currently setting up events for the charity division of XUFN. Lining up sponsors for giveaways and the charities that we’re going to feature. It will be an ongoing programs. So if you have a charity that you want featured let me know at Kevin@xufn.com
I currently have 30 people interested in either their own show or being a part of a show. I have another list of a hundred or so people or groups that I want to bring on board XUFN. So while things have been quite. They have been building.
I am also working on our crime solving division. Think an updated unsolved mysteries. As an aside to that notion there will be mini-series that will be their own self contained podcasts with HD video and lots of experts on the subjects. I’m, thinking of having the first mini-series offshoot be about Jack The Ripper. The victims and the various suspect. This is something I came up with today. So things are a little flexable when it comes to the miniseries idea. I would love to hear your ideas on the subject or if you would like to be a guest.

Death Race-Nj State Trooper-Teacher Bully’s Autistic Child

Well I just had to address this, No it was not a friggin Death Race ! It was a few rich jackasses with high priced cars having fun on the Parkway while being escorted by a State Trooper that is supposed to be enforcing the law not helping people break it ! That is the friggin point..

Everybody speeds but when they get caught its ticket time ! An ex NY Giant speeds with his car club he gets help from the NJ State Police Uggh..

Part 2 of this mornings show … Akian, is a ten-year old boy who has Autism. and well there was some goings on that made the father suspicious and well he wired him for sound and found out the truth ! As the uncle of a nephew that had autism this needed to be done and the father did the right thing and hopefully things are going to change for the better !

Dick Clark-Nj Service Fees-xufn Charities

Second Off Well another tax is being applied to our already over taxed family’s of New Jersey and even though there are 26 other states with the same tax its not really right neither for those states to have the tax themselves..
