Ok So I call again and what a surprise they are ready for me this time..She tells me everything I Supposedly didn’t do and I Supposedly Didn’t Do Right.. But I had three conversations with the case worker explaining to him what I did and what had happened.. And he never mentioned that I could not fix what I did online.. She says I can file a claim but I TOLD THE case worker what happened and obviously does not know his job nor What he is doing..
And she never offered me to hold on and get to the bottom of things !
